What is cashless?

• A fast, secure way to pay on-site. Just tap and go.
• A simple system that helps you stay in control of your spending.
• A chip wristband that also serves as your ticket and gives access to all festival zones.
• With the credit on your wristband, you can buy everything at Rampage Open Air, drinks, food, merchandise... you name it!

How do I set up my account?

You can create your account starting June 18.

• Before the festival: use your ticket number to pre-top up your account at home.
• During the festival: use the code on the back of your wristband tag.

At Home - with your Festival Ticket

• Go to the registration field above
• Enter your email adress
• Fill in the required fields on the website
• Enter the number above the barcode on the bottom left of your festival ticket. Do not use any other ticket but your festival ticket!
• Preload your account

At the festival site - with your wristband

• Scan your QR code on your wristband
• Enter your email
• Fill in the required fields
• Enter the number printed on the back of your wristband
• Preload your account
• At the festival site - cashless top up point at the entrance / Cashless unmanned terminals
  
• Go to one of the cashless top up points
• scan your wristband
• and pay with the following methods

Refund after the Festival

Refunds require manual handling, which is why a €3.50 fee applies.
If you’ve used all your balance, there’s nothing to refund, so no fee applies.

Refund period starts 8th of July 2026 - 06h until the 23th of July 2026.

Why create a cashless account?

Creating an account allows you to:

• Check your wristband balance and transaction history
• Save your credit card for faster top-ups
• Block your wristband and request a new one if lost or stolen
  
• Top up in advance and receive your preloaded wristband at the entrance

Important Tip for Bancontact Users:
To pay with Bancontact, ensure you’ve installed your bank’s app before the festival. If you don’t have the app, bring a card reader with you for the duration of the event.
