Reusing Materials
Wherever possible, we reuse materials from previous editions, including signage, stage decorations, and more. This minimizes the production of new items, reducing waste and conserving resources.

Rent a Tent
Our Rampage-branded tents are available for rental and reuse each year. This sustainable initiative significantly reduces the waste caused by disposable camping equipment and encourages eco-friendly accommodations for festival-goers.

Cashless Payments
Rampage Open Air is fully cashless, eliminating the need for disposable tokens and reducing plastic and paper waste on-site. A smoother payment process and a cleaner festival ground—it’s a win-win!

Reusable Cups
We’ve switched to reusable cups, helping us move away from single-use plastics. Plus, our washing stations are located directly on-site, reducing transport-related CO2 emissions.

Eco-Team
Our dedicated eco-team ensures that the festival grounds remain clean during and after the event. They also encourage Soldiers to actively participate in keeping the festival tidy.

Rampage Express Train
Traveling sustainably has never been easier! The Rampage Express train offers direct service from Brussels and Antwerp to the festival site, significantly reducing car traffic and the festival's carbon footprint.

LED Lighting
We prioritize LED lighting throughout the festival to keep our energy consumption as low as possible while delivering stunning visual effects for the ultimate bass experience.

Vegan and Vegetarian Options
From the festival grounds to the campsite, we provide delicious vegetarian and vegan meals that help reduce the environmental impact of food consumption.

Clean for Clean
On the Rampage campsite, we distribute trash bags to every visitor to encourage proper waste disposal.

Sustainable Accommodations
To combat the waste left behind by abandoned tents, we offer pre-set accommodations, such as our reusable Rampage tents, glamping options, and more. These solutions are not only eco-friendly but also convenient for our guests.

Graffiti Policy – Rampage Open Air

At Rampage Open Air, we aim to maintain a clean and safe environment for all attendees. To ensure this, strict rules apply regarding graffiti and the possession of related materials.

Graffiti-related regulations:

1. Prohibition of Graffiti Materials:
   It is strictly forbidden to bring any form of paint, spray paint, or paint markers onto the festival grounds. Any person found in possession of these items at the entrance will be denied access to the festival.
2. Strict Enforcement on Graffiti Offenses:
   Any person caught engaging in graffiti activities on the festival grounds will have their access immediately revoked. Their ticket or wristband will be confiscated, and a formal complaint will be filed with the police. Additionally, the responsible person will be held liable for all damages and repair costs.

We ask all visitors to respect these rules and help us keep Rampage Open Air an enjoyable experience for everyone. Violation of these policies will result in serious consequences. Stay safe and respectful—together, we create the best festival atmosphere!

Refund protection

Paylogic offers its customers a refund protection administrated by Booking
Protect Limited.

Refund Protection provides a refund if a customer is unable to attend due to a number
of circumstances as defined in the terms and conditions including accidents
and unexpected illness.

Booking protect is the administrator for the Refund Protection for Paylogic and is a separate
company. They do not have any information regarding the event itself nor the order.

Questions regarding the Refund protection can be directed at Booking Protect.

Please fill in and submit your refund application form as soon as you are aware that you will
not be able to attend to the event according to the circumstances defined in the
terms and conditions of Booking Protect.

Festival Ticket
Your festival ticket includes access to the theme park, but does not include camping access. If you’d like to join the camping pre-parties or the silent disco, make sure to purchase a camping ticket separately.

Camping Ticket 4 Nights - including pré party on thursday
Your 4 Nights camping ticket grants you access to the camping area, pre-party, and silent disco, but does not include a festival ticket. If you’ve chosen one of our off-site accommodation options, you still need to purchase a camping ticket for access to the camping area and activities.

Camping Ticket 3 Nights
Your 3 Nights camping ticket grants you access to the camping area, and silent disco, but does not include a festival ticket. If you’ve chosen one of our off-site accommodation options, you still need to purchase a camping ticket for access to the camping area and activities.

Hotel or Resort Ticket
If you’re staying at our hotel or resort, festival and camping tickets are not included and must be purchased separately.

Travel Ticket
Your travel ticket covers transportation only and does not include access to the festival or camping areas. Please purchase festival and camping tickets separately if required.

Simply get off at Mol station. From there, a shuttle bus* will take you to the festival and campsite.

This ticket offers you a return train journey at half price from any Belgian station to Mol station in the period of Thursday 3^rd of July until Monday 7^th of July 2025 (included).

• THE QUEEN
  The Queen is a cozy 2 person glamping tent. Together with a friend or partner, this colorful tent gives you the perfect base for the festival!
  In the Queen you sleep on 2 beds that are ready for you upon arrival. The Queen is 3.2 by 3.2 meters in size, which ensures that next to your bed there is also room for your luggage. The Queen's biggest advantage, however, is its height. With a highest point of 2.8 meters, this makes the Queen higher than the ceiling in the average bedroom! So there is plenty of room to dress, or undress.
  
• THE WHO
  The Who is an attractive 2 person glamping tent. Together with a friend or your partner, this literally cool tent gives you the perfect base for the festival!
  In the Who you sleep on 2 beds that are ready for you upon arrival. The Queen measures 2.5 by 3 meters, which ensures that there is still room for your luggage next to your bed. The Who's biggest advantage really lies in the 2.2-meter-high double roof. Because there is an outer fabric over the roof, it absorbs most of the heat, keeping it nice and cool in the tent. Perfect for tropical temperatures!
  
• THE ELVIS
  The Elvis is a spacious 4 person glamping tent. Together with your friends, this is the ideal accommodation for a luxurious overnight stay at our event!
  Beds are waiting for you upon arrival in this characteristic bell tent. Next to the beds there is enough space to sit or to display your luggage and many many sneakers. This Elvis is 5 by 5 meters and high enough to walk upright in circles during the morning gymnastics! With the Elvis, a luxurious stay at our festival campsite is guaranteed.

BBQ Chef's Zone: We Grill for You!

Bring your favorite meat, and we’ll take care of the grilling! Our BBQ Chef's Zone will keep the fire burning during the following hours:

• Friday: 16:00 - 22:00
• Saturday: 11:00 - 14:00 & 18:00 - 21:00
• Sunday: 11:00 - 14:00 & 18:00 - 21:00

We will allow everyone inside who brings a valid ID and is 16 YEARS or older.

RAMPAGE OPEN AIR is a Zero Tolerance event. Belgian laws do not allow for any use or sale of classified narcotics. We are expected to comply, and allow police presence on the festival grounds.

This means that all types of soft and hard drugs are not allowed. We need to make sure you are aware of the situation so there are no unexpected surprises!

• Up to 6 canned alcoholic drinks (maximum 50cl each, with an alcohol content below 15%, such as beer or wine).
• Up to 6 cans or plastic bottles of soda or energy drinks (maximum 50cl each).
  All beverages must be in unopened packaging and glass containers are strictly prohibited.

You are welcome to bring as much food and water as you like to the campsite.
